1. go to the main forum and look for something kept in a library.
2. In the info desk. Some place people rarely go.
3. Shops!! It's locked most of the time, but every now and then will give you some cool stuff.

@Rei: The one is a non-human NPC with his own game. You need to go to his profile. So just search his name to find his profile.
