I was watching something called "Tsunami, caught on camera"
It's about that horrible tsunami that hit Thailand and islands around there on boxing day in 2004
I'd never thought about it when it had happened, but a teacher of mine when i was really little that my family was rather close with moved out to Thailand in the mid-nighties.
the programme said over 90,000 people were killed in Thailand alone.
Now I'm wondering if my old teacher was one of them
