You get them in a box with a built in sharpener. Give them to small children and inform them that the pencil is made out of a dead person.

The children of today would probably run screaming and have nightmares. :XD

I imagine the children of today to be like zombies anyway, they chew on anything near them. If it's dead people well that's even more fitting.
