Oh I would say he is the best and funniest character in the game. He makes the best noises and he has the coolest outfits. He was also used in Soul Calibur (new version) because the games are made by the same people. He's Japanese :D. But the one you seek has only part of this characters name. Very clever actually. I like it and wish I had thought of it first!
