It's not too bad, it's only a temp rink at the moment though. Bolton uni's advertised all over it though cause they sponsor Manchester Phoenix hockey club. They're even in the freakin program.

They've got a lot of sponsors, unison is the main one but they have like 3 radio stations as well.

It's their home rink. Usually they have one away game and one home game a weekend but this was the last home game and the next season doesn't start till September.

I see, The last time I was in altringham was to see York city play them in the Blue square premier. I like York city as a team so i simi follow them just because. It was a good game, Altringham got battared and lost 4-0 in the end but that was a few years ago now.

There was another Manchester team before, Manchester Storm I'm not really sure when they stopped. Phoenix started around 2002 I think.

lol Manchester Storm, I remember that name wikipedia ~click, click~ wikipedia say they ran into money troubles and folded then the fans created the team phonix in 2002. Guess thats why they have that name and everything.

Aye, it was probably a good match though. The other team scored in 20 seconds last night. Then we got ahead for a while and it ended in a draw.
