Think of a place where you're asked to be pretty quiet in real life too. It's a building. And then think what's in it and you'll find the right place here.

I'm afraid your hints for the first two don't help much as I've already been told that much several times already and still don't have a clue what it all means.
The third hint, however, might help.

Edit: Found two actually! Turns out the millionth and a half time I looked, the basket appeared for one of them.
Now to find the attention one...

Okay, I'll give you more hinting on the other two then. Though I fear the hint I'm about to give for the second one is bit too revealing, but oh well. And I'm not 100% sure if I remember the place for the first, but I'm trying to think what I was told back when I was searching for it.

1. The main point is to get the admin's pick. But to get the attention for your avatar to be selected, what is it that you need? The final touch that completes the avatar's appearance. Like in real life too when you're putting together an outfit, what is it that gives it the final touch to complete the look.

2. Where can you find the listing of certain persons you've needed to find to solve earlier clues.

Man, I wish I had yogurt! But I've been out of that for about a month...in fact...about all I have left is ramen and easy mac.

Yumyum. I wish I had ramen. It sounds and looks so yummy but I've never had it. My fridge consists of youghurt mainly at the moment, since it's cheap and convinient to take as snack for work to eat on coffee breaks, plus a handy breakfast and evening snack.
