That's with every hairstyle. They did something a while ago and now all the hairs layer over hoods (except that one that came out at Halloween) and Jelly says there's nothing they can do about it.

Hair style 29 is the only exception. It layers right with the Cloak of Healing in any case.

If you have that one from Halloween and wear the cloak with the hood down with that it looks all right. Jeanie likes wearing it like that.

I don't think they changed the layering on purpose. With the new system hair layers over everything because it loads first (or something like that).

It's also annoying how hair layers over things like the chick you can wear on your shoulder but I'm sure if bothers the staff just as much. ^^;
