he's a bum, flips between moody and annoying
they're the only two moods he has

Mine has two modes, annoying and pigface tramp.

He's always ringing up. I either have to find a place for him or log into his bank to transfer money or check if he has any or give him some. He rang up yesterday to find out where the nearest B&Q to him was.

When he comes round he cooks himself something and does one without washing up. He also likes to rub my cats in his face because he thinks the unhappy noises they make is funny.

He also once used my nail varnish to paint a smiley face on mum's plant pot stand.
