she kept like giving us books we could read about buddhism and talking about it in that way that you should come back. plus i mentioned something and she was like 'oh this (some book or something) would be really good for you. it was intersting.

I want to do a huge unabridged personal study of any and all religious texts I can get my hands on! I've always had that passion, which is why I took advantage of those free books at that temple we were at, Woody... :P

Anyway, yeah. I'm not sure if I'm up for a religions class per say, but I definitely want to conduct some personal reading/research.

Although my college requires a religious course for graduation... I'm doing Philosophy for that, though. I love Philosophy. :drool:

Religion class is pretty interesting. I had a good experience in mine. I wish I took higher level ones though, but I didn't have the prereq until my last semester, which is when I needed to focus on other things.

Philosophy is great too though.

I've enjoyed this class thus far, I kinda wish I had taken a full sememster of this class instead of just a summer semester but my college doesn't offer it, so i had to take it a junior college in summer oh well.

We had diversity credits in our school that needed to be filled. I didn't worry about that though, cause I already took the off the main path kinda classes anyways... Globalization was such a wonderful/horrid class. It made you realize that even if you think you are doing good, regardless, there is a negative effect somewhere. It made me want to be a hermit.

I learned about globolization in my class about china and japan

i don't need anything like that just two philosphies, two arts, two histores, two sciences, two governments, a soc or econ, and one math. plus all my english classes.

I had to take a religion class. I liked it

Anyway, I'm wondering what our next themed event thread should be - we've got two events coming up in due time: the user-run event (which should have its own sub-forum, I imagine; I forget how these user events work, but I believe that'll be the case... Meaning we'll have our own thread), and the seashell-ball gown event Aimee confirmed in the CD.

So, um, yeah. :lol:
I just brainfarted some kinda crappy idea... For the user event, we could do something like, "JESTERS, NOT JOKERS!" or some shiz. But that might be too comparative and not diverse enough to be wittily Sprinkle-y. :P
