Oh, I know, Vix. I'll have to wait and see. There's a folk festival next weekend, though, which I probably will go to if the weather is nice. It's close enough that I don't have to deal with highways at all.

ah poo. I have to get my computer charger. I left it downstairs in the noisy tv room I ran away from. as much as I want to be lazy, friends win. must chat more!

@Cicada: All of the venues GWAR goes to around here are at least an hour away from where I live and tend to be in Boston so highway travel is necessary for us.

Vix, the folk festival is only about forty minutes away for me. Maybe not even that. Highways are one option, but I don't need them to get there. :) Most of the good concerts are farther away, though.

They must be a pretty awesome band, huh? :)

I totally understand! I saw GWAR June 20th and as soon as the show was over I was going on and on about how excited I was for the next show. Then about a week later, Meg invited me on the roadtrip :lol:

@Cicada: Indeed they are! Though apart from GWAR shows, the only other concerts I've been to have been the Mastodon/Dethklok show they did back in October that was my birthday present to myself :lol:
