They don't know exactly, but his red blood cell count is way down. They think it's one of three things.

Feline HIV,
Feline Leukemia,
or he was poisoned.

The top two are terminal but we did get his shots for them... I'm hoping is was that he was poisoned. At least then we have a chance of being able to help him.
