yeah that's what i'm thinking as long as i don't fall asleep while reading.

the longer i sleep at night the more tired i feel when i get up and the less i sleep at night the more awake i feel when i wake up

i love sleep... oh boy do i love sleep... but i function so much better with less of it... as long as it's comfortable sleep... i must be comfortable... if it's shitty sleep, no matter how much i get, i'll still be tired

I sleep like a log, no matter where I am, I always get a good sleep xD

i usually sleep like a log as well. but i absolutely need at least 8 hours of sleep to function on full. ten or more hours is preferable. i usually get about 6

I can function perfectly fine on four hours.

i used to get that much as a teen too... i was always tired then
in college i napped a lot.. you need to so you can stay up late and do fun things :D

yeah that's my issue is i'm a complete and total night owl. i have issues going to sleep anytime before midnight. and so i always stay up way later than i should
