What did you think of Finnick? When he died, I kind of just sat there staring at the page... IT WAS A HORRIBLE WAY TO GO! I felt so empty... If he'd have been shot or whatever it would have been less drastic, but him being decapitated by a mutt was sickening.

weeeeeeell... i did like him... but i wouldn't call him my favorite character... i mean... i thought he was interesting for sure and especially after he lost his mind there, i kind of liked him more... i was sad when i found out what happened to him in the end though... but happy to know that he had a baby ;)
i didn't even mind prim cause she proved to have a bit more purpose in this last book... katniss's mother really pissed me off... she never really seemed like much of a mother and just leaving katniss to go back to 12 alone after all that happened seemed quite selfish on her stinkin mothers part... i wanted to kick her :(
i loved the whole twist on the events that happened to peeta... i thought it was a good idea in trying to make katniss face her feelings and try to make him love her again cause before she took it for granted... i really liked that part a lot... i kind of saw the end happening before it did... i knew what katniss was going to do to the president of 13... i'm glad snow got what was coming to him... such a douche bag that guy :stare:
also, haymitch grew on me too... when you learned more about him, ya know...
and i remember i told you at the beginning that i liked gale and wanted to learn more about him, but when i did.. i realized i didn't really like him as much as i thought... he was kind of a jerk when he didn't need to be... but then so was katniss... they were really both so much a like that i knew it would never work out between them

I'm just going to say that I agree with you there, on pretty much everything xD
I like Haymitch too, for some reason the grumpy men characters who are actually nice on the inside tend to become my favourites, e.g. Mr. Canis from the Sisters Grimm series xD (I'm rereading them, good series. I want the next book already!).
