I scraped my foot really bad today.
It was bleeding, which stopped, but it's now turning a wonderful shade of green/yellow...

Totally not lying. It was all swollen. I went to get ice from physical therapy and they were flipping out about it and made me do this ice to hot water thing for 15 minutes then splinted it and took ibuprofen >.> splinting it hurt. And yes, it was a silly way to hurt it.

I was painting cabinet doors (as usual) on my Black & Decker work table.
It has metal legs that are kind like a half-opened leg. I scraped my foot on the metal edge of the leg.

Hubby says "Work through the pain"..
