nana is a neat manga/anime/movie about these two girls named nana... one is a punk like rocker and the other is more of a preppy sort and due to certain happenings they become roommates and the rocker nana is striving for fame, so she can beat her (ex)boyfriend who is in a really popular band and the other nana pretty much just wants to shag em

I don't know much about instruments, but i'm willing to learn. I have a manga that I started about a bunch of college drop outs that start a rock band. one guy is japanese and wants to do visual kei even though they're in america. they're hilarious characters. I've been learning what I can about music for that story.
