Digital 3D stuff. I've gotten into traditional 3d stuff with making helmets and teh like. Ah a graphic design major? A few of my friends are graphic designers.

Nope. My emphases in studio art are drawing and photography. I've completed my drawing stuff. I really just need to finish up photography. Everything else I need in order to graduate is done. But I am enjoying this class. But it is basically all typography. I do have a career studies certificate in graphic design from the community college I went to before transferring to where I am now. But we didn't really do typography there in my classes...it was basically all image based with text on them and basically all the fonts/typefaces we were banned from using there, are like the ones we use in this class.

Fun times- I miss doing traditional drawing. Ive made up for it by doing alot of digital sketches to keep up with what I should be doing.

I have an original character that loves to be drawn if anybody is interested.

Riven: I haven't drawn traditionally...actually...what I was about to say was a lie....XD I had to draw traditionally on my midterm. Had to draw my font I was given in the first five letters of my name. Killed my wrist. I can't wait till school is over so hopefully my wrist will heal. It will also take having a different job too.

Now I am off to go in search of a Halloween costume for Saturday.... I have the option of a modern pixie or something of the like...or some cosplay. My original idea of being a weeping angel kinda fell through...

Riven: I am actually glad your plan of a weeping angel fell through. That would be a horrible costume! (but only because it would be a weeping angel costume because weeping angels are scary and dangerous). A modern pixie would be interesting...any other cosplay ideas you have?

Researching and writing my 300 to 500 word paper on the typeface ITC Stone Serif. Knowing my luck with what she wants us to have, I won't even have 300 words. :/

I always had page requirements rather than word requirements. I like word requirements better...

I haven't had a word requirement since I did that one project for a research learning course I had to take which was required to have by my college. before that, it was probably sometime in high school. I pretty much just use small words and talk passively in order to get word requirements...although that makes it hard when they tell you not to use passive voice (but it sounds cooler!).
