If you guys want red velvet cake, I would suggest giving this one a try. It's not a traditional one but it really looks good.

Michigan is only about a half days drive from me, I'm in Pennsylvania. Would still probably be easier if we all baked at home and took random pictures of our progress and finished goodies and show them off on here ^_^

My mom made this red velvet cake parfait thing that was cut up red velvet cake topped with white chocolate pudding then another layer of cake then white chocolate lettering that said "Merry Christmas" stuck into the cake chunks and topped with whipped cream. It was awesome. She gets overly creative with desserts but they're always so yummy.

A vegan cafe would be awesome. I've wanted to ever since high school but I've always been a bit unstable as to where I'm living so that's the main reason why I haven't opened one yet. It's like I know what I want, I just need a building.

I was a vegan for a few months. I remember eating lots of tofu and seitan.

I think it would be a fun project. There was an old Victorian house that I almost convinced my dad into buying for my mom and I to turn into a cafe but they wouldn't lower the price by 5K to make it more reasonable so we missed out.

Tofu is great if it's cooked right. I love the stuff. I still eat dairy and some eggs but other than that I'm pretty much vegan.

I eat egg whites and not the yolk. I'm lactose intolerant so I have to avoid dairy. Dx

My mom has chickens so I always steal eggs from the coop when I'm there. They're the best eggs ever, I swear. As far as dairy goes, I try to limit myself because it makes me sick if I have too much but cheese is my weakness. I hate milk though. It's just gross by itself.
