I would say mail them to me, but i know you probably don't want to spend the money/time on it.

Dunno if they would make it. I so wanted to mail cookies over the holidays but never did because I thought they'd go stale. I love baking cookies too but I always throw most the cookies out because I can't get rid of them fast enough.

Ship them in ziplock resuable containers.

just put them in a ziploc bag, I doubt they would go stale in a week or two...
