good. i woke up around 6am and worked out. then met with a friend at denny's. it was nice seeing her.

I was planning on working out this morning but then I ended up sleeping at 4 am last night and waking up early....I was tired x.x

Yeah well it discussed different things like womans health, sex, footbinding, mens health, and hygiene etc. stuff like that it was actually really interesting.
