I can understand that... been getting 10 hours of sleep lately and still tired even after that...

Yeah I've been getting between 6-9 hours, and then I'd go back to sleep for 3 more hours and nothing changes. But it is said that if you over sleep you feel crashed out. Hmm. Anyways, it was nice chatting with you for a bit. I must go now. Please enjoy the rest of your day! :)

except I went from not sleeping much for awhile to crashing the last few days and have never felt energized in any of that time
