Ugh. I'd die if I couldn't find time for gaming. It's my best way to escape reality.

Tnt, that's how I felt at first when I slowly started realizing I was playing less and less. But, if it was for any other reason than my family I'd probably have died, too. Lol

Hey Kya. Eh, hot and tired, but slowly packing. It's getting closer to being done, thank goodness! How're ya?

I suppose when you have to look after a family you don't realize how little time you spend gaming.

Lol it's awfully hot here, too. I don't miss being pregnant in the heat, that's for sure. How far along are you now? Where are you going to move to? I'm well, thanks for asking. :) Just ate dinner, super late and am taking the kids (my daughter and the girl I nanny) to the Children's Day at the Symphony in the morning. It was super fun last week and it's supposed to be even better tomorrow. I'm really excited. Lol

Tnt, exactly. My daughter has replaced the joy of most anything else, you know? But after she goes to bed I usually have a lot of stuff I have to get done, or I'm relaxing in bed. Like now. Lol

I'm hating being pregnant in the heat... Bleh, it's so tiring. :( I'm just past 20 weeks now. And I'm moving back in with my parents. That's good to hear. What did you have for dinner? :) Oh, sounds like fun! ^_^

I guess that's why I game so much. I don't have anything to distract me from it.

I made Southwestern Burgers for the first time. It's basically a more toned down meat-loaf style patty on onion bread. I wasn't sure how good it would be, but they were delicious. My husband and his brother loved them and they're ridiculously picky eaters.

So you have a bit to go then! At least you won't be your biggest in the hottest months. That's miserable. My feet swelled until I couldn't fit into my shoes, lol. I basically lived in the pool. I also gained 40 pounds when my Dr. said that since I only weigh 100 pounds normally I should only gain about 20. Pffftt. He was super wrong. I bounced back within a month though right back to my normal weight. Nursing does that you know? I'm glad your parents are being supportive!

Tnt, what are your favorite games? Or favorite types of games?

Usually RPG games. I'm not bad at racing games, so I enjoy them somewhat. And i'm half decent at FPS games, but that's only through lots of practice and time spent with friends.

Yeah, I'm definitely glad for that! Just have to go shopping for warm clothes for those last few months, when it's cold and I need something to fit into. *lol* And wow! But that's good! ^_^ And I'm glad that they are too! As is my brother and his wife. :)

I like RPG games, too. I'm good at racing games but I'm not really a big fan. I need more to do than press a button and follow a track. FPS are my favorites I think. It's sad, but I usually whoop almost everyone I play with. I always have. I think it comes from being an only child until I was in high school. Video games were what kept me entertained when I was home alone.

Moon, I didn't think about having to buy warm clothes! Lol I forget that people typically need maternity clothes. I was only big while it was hot, so I just wore my dresses and never had to buy anything for my new size. One of my best friends had her baby in December 2009 and she got bigger than I did and is my size. She would get so hot, even in winter that she would go outside in shorts and t-shirts to cool off. You may not need too too much for winter. But, I don't know where you live either. We don't get snow here, so. *shrugs*

Hey everyone

I grew up on RPG games, so I've loved them since I started playing. Racing games to tend to get too easy after a certain point, but I've found one that i've deemed nearly impossible.
I didn't start playing FPS games until recently. My friends occasionally get together and play Halo, so they invited me to that and i've been playing them since then. I'm not too good, but I can hold my own in a match, provided people aren't camping or using the strongest weapon they can get.

Yeah, I feel ya' tnt. I love the Halo games, but I get where you're coming from. I hate when people camp. -_- Lol

We do get snow here, so I do need some warmer clothes than my summer ones, and I'll not be able to fit into any jackets at the rate my belly is going. *lol* Not too big now, but I know I'll need a slightly bigger jacket at least.

I can handle them camping now. Grenades are my best friend. When they sprint for the rocket launcher at the start and then camp, I'm screwed. It's much worse when I play Call of Duty.

Hahaha! I don't know. I prefer playing the actual game over the matches. It's too redundant. My step brother in high school and I played the first one through. Then again on the next difficulty and so on and so forth. I like the Halos because they're a little different each time you play, aside from the particular tasks you have to do and the map. But, like I said, I'm a pretty big fan of most shooting games. :P

Oh yes Moon, definitely winter clothes! Lol I don't do cold well, so I'm glad we live here. I honestly think I would have done much worse in the cold during my pregnancy. Me+cold=everyone around me has a bad day. =/ lol

Oh, I'm the same way - although it seems right now that me plus heat = me hiding in my room till it gets cooler to avoid from snapping at everyone, and I'm used to the cold, it's not too bad. I'll just have to let you know how I like it pregnant. *lol*

Haha monstahh that's awesome! I found my GBC a couple of years ago. My daughter lost the back to it recently though. I forgot how awful playing on that screen was until I looked around at all the modern gaming technology. Lol

Yeah, that's why I love the Mass Effect games. Even when I've beaten the campaign, there's still so much other stuff to do. MW3 on the other hand has a campaign more boring than anything i've ever experienced.

Seriously. I played Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2 without a single complaint, and they both consist of walking down a single corridor and pressing A/X. I put about 70 hours into each game and another 100 or so into XIII in an attempt to beat the superbosses. I gave up on the second level of MW3.

I may just end up hiding out at times when it gets too much, we'll see though. *lol*
