I use a damp washcloth to cool myself down and so far its worked.

I just ended up being too sticky and gross so I just showered since my pool isn't filled yet.

I got my hair done today so I dont wanna wet it yet, i might take more pics... :( i just wish my face wasn't breaking out

I've been breaking out too. I think it's due to hormones being messed up still.

I went off my BC, so my cramps are super awful again and I break out really bad every month.
Unfortunately, its acne on my face, or grape sized cysts in places that REALLY hurt...That said I have two of them right now anyway...though that's honestly an improvement from the 5 or 6 I was getting before I went off the pill.

Eh..yeah. Cysts are no fun at all. I was considering starting to take some kind of pill for that and imbalances. I tried to get pregnant again though so I was putting off being on anything.

I have PCOS (well, my doctor said I do, but she never ran any tests or anything...stupid bitch, increasing my insurance premiums w/o even checking!!) and hidradenitis suppurativa.

Yep, pretty bad at times where I just want to curl up and not move. It seemed to not be as bad when I was trying to get pregnant but I think it was because hormones helped.

I once had a cyst on my face. It was huge. So I went to a clinic and they stabbed it with a needle to get all the bacteria out of it. The medication they gave me though made me sick.

I can't take antibiotics, they don't mix well with me. Unless I'm about to die I refuse most of anything.

I get cysts everywhere. u__u in my armpits, on my thighs, my BUTT, my labia, my face, behind my ears... and I think the weird bumps I get on my lower leg might also be some kind of cyst related to this disease.

Since going off the BC though, I've gotten LESS on my labia...which means I can actually have sex...which for about 3-4 months I couldn't do because I was in so much pain...and every time I had sex, another 5 cysts would pop up. D:

Edit: My doctor keeps trying to give me antibiotics for my cysts... blatantly ignoring the fact that HS is an autoimmune disease. :rofl: He won't test them to see if they're even infected! they're PROBABLY sterile so antibiotics would only make it worse.

oh man. More then having one cyst must be really horrible. I think My aunt has a cyst in her under arms. She got checked out and I thought it would be cancer though thankfully it was only a cyst.

I wouldn't take the medication your doctor is giving you. If I were in your case, I'd probably just try to pop them all I know that sounds gross and painful but the bacteria cysts have in them can harm your body. Though that is just my opinion and I have horrible advice. So I hope you will get rid of those cysts all in due time.

I always look up medications before I take them since most doctors just give people a pill and don't actually fix the underlined problem. I have yet to find a good doctor.

I wash with tea tree oil castile soap and sulfur soap every day. It seems to be helping a little.

My cysts are sterile (as far as I can tell, they seem to be focused around my hormones, more than much else, the tea tree helps with some of the inflammation though) for the most part..the only one that might not be is the one thats turned into a sinus tract deep into my armpit. I'm making an appointment at the HS institute in OH soonish...I'm putting it off til after my birthday, because I don't want to be recovering from surgery (if it comes to that) on my 21st...

Popping them too early is really super super painful...I have to wait for them to come to a head or open up. So gross. I have to put band aids in my armpit to keep the sinus tract from draining all over my tshirts.

I swear tea tree oil is a cure all. It's amazing.

I washed my hair with this new one that I picked up with shea butter in it, and OMG its FABULOUS. It made my scalp feel so nice!
The regular castile tea tree oil soap I use was too dry.

I use some with camomile and tea tree oil in it. It seems to help hold the red dye in my hair longer too. I really want to learn to make my own soaps and stuff though.

Oooh, home made soaps...if you ever decide to, let me know I'll buy some from you. xD I'm probably too lazy to make them myself, but I'd happily spend money on some made by a friend. c:
