There are no hats that are called Sparrow hats.

Some hats are a sparrow color.

Well currently, my quest is to get enough credits for a few things from the Sky Pirates set, and after the event ends, my quest is the same as always. I'd like to have all of the contribution items, one of each.

I'm not really sure. I haven't sold CIs in so long.
I think the going price now is usually somewhere between 1.5k - 2k a set.
Since it's you and you're an old friend how about 1.5k for the set?
