My Learning disorder affects how I possess sound. At times I have trouble processing ENGLISH. Especially in nosy environments or environments where the voice can be muffled.

Thunder is niiiiice. Unless it's the uber-loud thunder that comes after lightning strikes REALLY close. Then it's scary. Haha.

I love me a good thunderstorm. One of the best things about living in the Midwest. Mind you, I hate the humid nasty summers... so it's a tradeoff.

@Jez -- True that.
I live in Oklahoma, so we get some good thunderstorms, but summers are muggy as hell. Today was pretty gross. >_>

Thunder storms are great, Tornado's stink though so I moved away from the Midwest.

It's been muggy and gross in New England as well... Though probably nowhere near what it's like in Oklahoma.

Ack! We're being attacked! Engineers finally have something to do!! And I'm running out of gears. :(
I don't mind tornadoes. At least you can see them coming.

@Xan -- We had hidden tornadoes a couple weeks ago. They were rain-wrapped, so no one saw them. Everyone thought the damage was from straight-line winds, until the meteorologists checked it out and realized that straight-line winds do not twist telephone poles like that. >_>

I like the North West a little damp but no 100+ in the shade.
Ich Hiding Tornado's that's not good. I remember when I was visiting family one year and the news kept repeating that what tore up the library roof was a Micro burst and not a tornado people were worried because no one saw a funnel and someone had said a tornado had done it.

Really? That's rare. Usually if it's raining really hard you don't have to worry quite so much. It's when there's a lull in the storm that you need to worry...

It's been unseasonable in CT for the last two months... Either too cold, or too warm for the time of year.
