I don't know xD Did they reset everything again? Because we are down towards 3000 when last time I was on we were around 5000

I'm trying to better my own art simply because I'm a writer and I want to do webcomics...and while there are plenty of people up for colab work, they're always looking for people to draw rather than write *sighs* so....it'll probably be a few more years until I get a webcomic up unless I find an artist who's up for that sort of thing. I'm nowhere near where I need to be in order to draw a comic.

Sorry I'm not up to the webcomic thing, or I'd offer my assistance.

No worries Radly. I've found that there are very few people with the patience for working on webcomics *shrugs* It's just the way of the world I suppose.

I'm a writer as well, but I'm more into working on my book then the webcomic thing. I want to do the cover art and some illustrations in my novel though.

I got too much of everything else to work on so I don't have the time to participate in fun. xD

Eh, my general rule when working with people is to work at their pace, whatever speed it may be. Generally speaking, nothing good has ever come from trying to force an artist with no time or interest in working to draw something in a timely fashion.

Yeah, I hate time constraints. That's going to make actually ever being published difficult though because companies like to put you on said time constraints.

That's why I let everyone know, I work on commissions at my own pace, no set time frame.
When it's done, it's done.

That would be the best way to go about it Rad. We have lives as well.

I think its better to be self taught. You get to express yourself more and not fall into the art teacher's way of drawing.

Eh, I can see that. At the same time, though, I have friends that have gone to school for it. A teacher wants to see your way of drawing, not theirs. At least the best do. They just help guide you towards improving upon your style.

Exedust that is one of the reasons I am somewhat afraid to start doing commissions and the like. I don't want something that I enjoy doing to start feeling like a job.

I made my first drawing in SAI...and I realize...it is not a thing to use for coloring @[email protected] Or drawing then coloring...at least not yet.

Anyway, back to drawing in a few minutes.

@ athilea - yeah it doesn't seem as fun then. but then you could just be picky and draw the ones that really inspire you and stuff ^^
