Speaking of NPC's... I haven't really run into any for ages.
I've seen Yumeh and Mr. Mayor this event and that's it. I feel like I've been super active--am I just not looking in the right places?

I really want a chance at some of the NPC items. :(

I saw Yumeh once, tearing things apart. Haven't seen any others....what are the chances of getting NPC items on this site?

It seems like they're very difficult to come by... I feel like I'm very active, but I've only gotten a few way back in the day.

I dunno, some of my favorite NPC are the ones that don't give any items at all, lol.
But I know that some NPC are more partial to certain events, like Vicky loves Valentines day.

It seems like everyone loves Halloween though.
