Yeah, we aren't supposed to build without HP, but we still can. -shrug- I think it's another glitch like with the donating problem.

I was also under the impression that you couldn't build with 0HP.

no you can get some from donating the items (flowers, gears and such) to people to get a color set of tools for that profession
