It's a film based on a Neil Gaiman book.

Stardust (2007)

edit: oooh that's clever. IMDb link turn into film titles. o.o

hehe. that's awesome. I've never been to a build-a-bear.

crazymuch 06-02-2010 08:06 PM

I've seen that movie twice! I really like it.

I've gone to build-a-bear MANY times over the past 4 years. twice my dog even got to build something. he's a service dog so he gets to go inside with me.

crazymuch 06-02-2010 08:10 PM

yeah. especially the owl on Secret of Nimh ... that thing was downright spooky!!

Fitro 06-02-2010 08:11 PM

lol. I love secret of Nihm... it was one of the only VHSs I had when I was younger.

crazymuch 06-02-2010 08:12 PM

my other favorite was The Last Unicorn. I still have both movies ... and yeah, they are both on VHS.

it's my power hour and everybody stopped talking? how am I supposed to earn anything?

Fitro 06-02-2010 08:14 PM

Szinriia 06-02-2010 08:17 PM

I have Secret of Nimh on VHS and The Last Unicorn on VHS and DVD (:

crazymuch 06-02-2010 08:17 PM

thanks Exedust!

I need to buy them both on DVD ... just as soon as I can track them down ... I need to watch Secret of Nimh 2 ...

Szinriia 06-02-2010 08:18 PM

I'd probably buy them on blu ray if they are out on blu ray. >.>

crazymuch 06-02-2010 08:20 PM

what is the difference between blu ray and DVD?

I need to get another copy of Wall-E. my son got it for Christmas and watched it so many times it was all scratched up after 2 days!!

I also wanna buy Avatar and the Wonderland movies ...

zazabar 06-02-2010 08:28 PM

@crazy
Blu-Ray is a much higher quality than DVD is, but requires a special player or PS3 to use.

Szinriia 06-02-2010 08:28 PM

Well if you have a HD TV that is 32' or bigger then the quality of sound and picture is extremely improved. If that bothers you then it's worth it.

You won't notice the picture quality so much on smaller screens.

crazymuch 06-02-2010 08:30 PM

hmmm ... what kinda tv do I have ... it's not HD so I suppose it wouldn't matter ... and I can't afford to go out and buy a special player. I have one of those DVD-VHS combo machines.

for some reason, I just remembered this ... the dumbest thing to come out of my mouth that I can recall in recent months was last fall. I was at the jail with my friend who was visiting her boy friend so I was visiting the boyfriend's friend. we were planning on coming back the day after again to visit. I actually asked the guy, who I knew had a few more months left, "are you going to be her Tuesday?" when talking about coming back. talk about a "DERRR" moment.

I love that movie... *w*

I'm content with just a regular DVD, though.

crazymuch 06-02-2010 08:34 PM

I have watched Avatar now twice at my friend's house. it's gonna be even better at my house (without her 3 kids everywhere) and with closed captioning on so I can really understand what is being said. my hearing is stupid.

Chickie Nuggs 06-02-2010 08:35 PM

I've seen that movie...*thinks* probably 6 or 7 times now. I got it on dvd a month or so back. It's definitely up there with my favorites. I can still watch it and not get tired of it, but I try to watch it in gaps. I wouldn't want to get tired of it.

crazymuch 06-02-2010 08:36 PM

my FAVORITE part is when Grace gets out of the machine thingie in the beginning and is waving her hand around asking what is wrong with that picture (she wanted her cigarette)
