I usually drink decaffeinated tea and coffee because of how sensitive I am to caffeine.

I drink the regular of both and hardly put any sugar or creamer in them. xP

And I can't say I know what you mean Nugget D:... Caffeine has never really effected me at all.

I'll put creamer or milk in coffee, but not even a lot. Maybe half a tablespoon. But usually no sugar. Sometimes I'll add some, but it's not more than probably a teaspoon.
Tea I'll put sugar in, but with the same amount... about a teaspoon. It depends on the tea too.
