Oh absolutely! I've always wanted a real one and even draw up some designs a few weeks ago. It's just the whole stupid not having a job thing that makes everything I want to do such a pain. I have at least one friend who would be interested in at least seeing your work too. I know corsets tend to be crazy popular at cons and ren faires.

Well don't start talking about it til I can actually get some products ready.

Renn Faire is actually the thing that planted this seed so many years ago. My first real job was for Fellowship Foundry at the Renn Faire in So Cal. I was the loud-out-front girl for like 4 years. Having had that job at a young age, my breasts, back and basically my entire upper body came to appreciate the love and care that a well made bodice and corset offers.

Yeah. I need to work on my formula a bit to make sure that they are ready for 24-7 tight lacers. I would hate to sell someone a bodice or corset that broke after only a few uses. I have scores of books here that give me tips and pointers, and my mom and sister tell me that I really have an eye for fashion in the way of making old things look cool. Which is really funny because I am very fashion deprived. I love me some floppy sweaters and boots.

I'm sure you'll be wonderful! I'm just glad I'll have someone I can go to to make me awesome things. I'll probably save my favorite design for when I drop more weight since it'd be damn complicated to begin with.

I am fairly confident in my own creativity and creative problem solving. I could do it with some study time.

I'd join the army (because of employment problems as well, and the fact that it's a good way of forcing myself to exercise and keep to a strict schedule to beat the laziness out of myself), except I'm not qualified enough to, goddamnit. :XD;
