I've been doing alright.

Spunky: I totally did a happy dance when my mum texted me that she got the check in the post today - most of my mail still goes to my parents. :D And now that I have money, I went and bought stamps and envelopes and signed up to be a Letter Writer for Soldiers' Angels. =]

I got some nice pretty envelopes too. =]
Because I could - they're pastel blue. :D

That's so generous of you! I participated in a holiday card event for the Red Cross last winter. I basically distributed holidays cards and had people sign them. All of the cards were sent out to soldiers around the world. I had a fun experience. Let me know how the letter writing goes.

Oh, that's great too! =] And will do! =] It only costs a dollar to verify yourself on the site so you can be allowed to write. =] I love writing letters. And I know how it feels to love getting things in the post.

Haha, although I'm laughing at myself - because I'm going to have a crazy few months, that's for sure!

If it doesn't, on the first link... go to the Join/Adopt button on the choices to choose from on the Left and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Angel at the bottom that says Join Soldiers' Angels. =] Does that make sense?

Hey Lavi! And eh... my throat is still bothering me, but it's not nearly quite as bad. Thank goodness!
Although I've been weezing (thanks to my annoying asthma -- I did take a shower which kinda helped... but not nearly as much as I'd have liked, sadly). :(
I've had like 9 cups of tea today... and I'm running out of honey. *pouts*
And I found a site that'd convert file types so I can read the books on my nook now. :D
