I would like to do it every 6 months but have only done it three times in my life, rofl. I'm going to do one soon for my wedding so my hair is ultra smooth and healthy ^___^

ah, i see. lol. I have naturally thick hair too. I get it thinned every once in a while esp so I don't get too hot in the summer. But yeah personally my self esteem goes way up if I like my hair lol! xD If my hair is frizzy, tangled, ect then I get really self-conscious :x

edit: *prefers hiding behind hair* xD hubby has to force me to put my hair back, unless I'm in an ultra cleaning/cooking mood XD
