i've had a bison burger and it was pretty tasty i must say.
never had any duck.
i thought duck would taste like chicken to be honest.

Gator is another I'm not too fond off, but it might have been the way it was prepared. The meat was really tough.

there was a place in georgia that sold aligator meat but i never tried any.
the resturant was over sort of a swampie part of land and i always invisioned the aligators coming for revenge!
but it was a really popular place to eat.

The kind I had was frozen first and then my brother cooked it. It was so so tough and tasteless.
I'd still give it a shot though, with fresher meat.
Octopus is pretty much the same story. Lmao. Tried it, but didn't like it, however, willing to try it again. Particularly in takoyaki.
