I love it! No-one ever makes the connection to The Red Hot Chilli Peppers though, which is where I stole Flea from, and they just think I like fleas. xD I hope you can get it. C:

Chocolate Fudge Brownies

3 1/2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temp, cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
5 eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups chopped walnut pieces

Glaze:
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons apricot preserves

1. Preheat oven to 325F
2.Melt chocolate and butter in a glass bowl set over simmering water.
3.Sift together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Stir chocolate mixture into flour mixture. Whisk in eggs. Pour into a 12 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle walnuts on top, pressing slightly into batter.
4. Bake 40 minutes or until the edges become slightly crisp and the brownie has risen about 1/4 inch. Let cool 30 minutes.
5. Combine water and preserves in a medium saucepan, whisking well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Boil 2 minutes.
6. Using a pastry brush, pat glaze over brownies.
7. Place brownies in the freezer 3 to 4 hours, Remove from freezer, let stand 10 minutes and slice.

Serves 24
Nutritional facts per serving: 480 calories, 37g fat, 85mg cholesterol, 6g protein, 39g carbohydrate 3g fiber, 51mg, sodium.

ok i didn't use walnuts or the glaze part and didn't put in the freezer and they were good like that.

Hmm, I know I've listened to one of their songs before and liked it, but beyond that, I have no idea what song it was or when it was from or where I'd heard it from. :XD;;

'Dani California' is my favourite song. <3 The video is also pretty cool, it's sort of a spoof of a load of other legendary bands/artsits, like Nirvana and Elvis. C:
