Only when they're provoked, usually. :XD They get information and knowledge from the creatures they absorb, it's the way they learn things, and by absorbing other things, they get access to that particular element so it's useful for changing into armor or other stuffs. :P

It's fun~ ;D To have a black blobby mass turn into all sorts of things and creeping the humans out...xDDD

Current plot is that it crash-landed on Earth when the broken spaceship it had been on was sucked in by the gravity, and it wants to leave Earth but doesn't want to waste its own energy by turning itself into a spaceship (which it totally can, but it would still need to run off fuel, which it would have to turn itself into, which it doesn't want), so after eating a few of the people who first went aboard the fallen spaceship and then sneaking off by camouflaging itself into the surroundings, it went off and ate the president, turned into him, to better be able to direct people into starting projects that was in reality collecting the needed 'ingredients' for it to build a new spaceship and get off the planet. But of course people only see it eating them and is hostile towards it, not giving it the ingredients it wanted because they didn't believe that it only wants to leave the planet and thinks it wants to take over the world (human ego and all), and...well, that's where I'm currently at. I'm usually reading fanfiction online instead. The daydreams are mostly for me to fall asleep faster at night in bed. :lol:
