I ate some ice cream earlier because it was warm in the house. And then pizza afterward.

Yeah, I'm rather upset. Found something I never really wanted to see in our yard when we were calling up the boys. We were going to put them in the shed like we usually do when I found one dead next to our house. He was right next to the bushes.
We have suspicions that maybe one of our wonderful neighbors did something to him and left him there.

Was he hurt anywhere? Were there any physical marks? If you could find evidence that your neighbors did something to him, you'd be able to sue their damn asses off. :c

No, but we know he doesn't use physical harm as a way to kill them.
He's bragged to one of his little friends (who happens to work for our land lord, who is also his land lord) that he killed a few of our cats with poison. So we're thinking he did it again.
We have no other proof though, and we have shitty animal protection people. They don't do shit.
And what kills me is that karma kicked his ass for killing the other cats and he STILL does it.
I think it's something that he can't help but do. He also seems to target all the blond cats.

Hmm...would it be possible to goad him into a confession? Keep a pocket recorder hidden on you, confront him, tape the conversation for any incriminating evidence, have the cat autopsied for poison, and then report it to the police. If I remember correctly the states have more severe punishments for animal crime than we do here.

I can't go anywhere near him. None of us are because right now we're not sure if he's only capable of killing cats.
He's always acting weird whenever we see him and it makes us just not want to go around him.
I would want to try doing something like that, but I'm not allowed to go anywhere near him.
Right now all we can do is make sure we keep our cats safe, keep an eye on him, and just hope maybe karma will maybe do something that'll make him leave and not go back.
Maybe give him another stroke.

@Momo: That's just horrible. =\ I'm really sorry there's a shit person as your neighbor and he's doing something so malicious. That just sucks. > .< Definitely stay away from him. I honestly don't think confronting him would do anything besides putting you guys in danger and making you more of a target. Just stay aware and keep your cats safe! :hug:
