i use an old yogurt cup and put some yogurt and the bottom and then some blueberries and yogurt and then some strawberrfies. i let it chill and then i eat it like ice cream. i love it. |

no, you don't freeze it solid. you just get it super cold and the frozen blueberries and strawberries unfreeze in the yogurt. |
Gosh, headaches the least of my problems when it comes to preggers hormones!
I haven't even started throwing up yet xD But yeah, im drinking lots of water seen as i can't take painkillers haha ^^ |
