lol, i put my water bottle *full* in the freezer to get cold.
it got cold alright, it froze!
a little glass of water is just too small for me.
i think i might drink too much water.

you can drink too much water, and it flushes out all your electrolytes. maybe try some Gatorade if you're really thirsty?
