I'm just as fussy with tea as I am with everything else, so I don't touch chamomile or green or flavoured.

I get really bad social anxiety attacks, even if I leave the house for a little bit, so Chamomile is very helpful for that. o~o;

I'm glad that it helps you :) I personally don't like the taste too much, plus I'm a fairly calm person naturally
