They can be... i guess it kind of depends on what you are tackling, and how hard said thing is tackled. Other than that, they aren't too dangerous!

Well Xuv there are different kinds of tackles. The sports tackle which is very rough and hurtful. and then there's the hug-tackle which isn't harmful. :3
