I have to stick to my sleep routine or else I'll wake up really early for no reason.

Oh I'm sorry that sucks though I usually wake around the same time every day, it's just a matter of if I roll back over and go back to sleep or not.

And I also go to sleep at the same time as my parents because they can see my room and know if I'm awake or not.

You should be able to go to sleep and wake when you want so long as you are not being obnoxious about it...

But if I don't get enough sleep, I get cranky as all heck.

Yeah cranky Dana would not be good..
