Yeah.
Not a record or anything. It's just that I only finished one of my three races today. and I didn't do all too well.

Working for the first time in two weeks is such a drag. I'm going to meet up with my friends tonight whom I haven't seen in weeks despite my holiday, oops.

I didn't do well at all.
I got 6th of 9 for my first race, I didn't even start my second race because my brakes were busted. I finally got my shit together for the feature race, I started 9th and made it up to 4th, I nearly had 3rd, the I messed up and went back two places. Then two people span out in front of me, then I span to avoid them and someone hit me and broke my steering.

As for next time i'm racing? I have to go all the way to Queensland for that. in around a month.

I didn't necessarily ignore them, I just didn't make any plans with them. I only have like, 3 left here now since the majority left for a bigger city.

I think that's a good effort honestly. How many people in the world knows how to race go karts or have the guts to?

Ah, well I'm a bit guilty of that too. I rely on other people to plan things.

I guess it is. I just feel kind of meh about it because of how well it was running in the feature. Going from 9th to 4th is no mean feat and I know I had the speed to get to and keep 3rd place. I just got caught up in the wrong place.

Not exactly good at it, but I have money and I love racing, so I do it at every opportunity. Only time we really go interstate is for title events. The one I'm going to in Queensland is the Australian Title. Whoever wins that is pretty much the best driver in australia that year.

Aww, well, just treat all failures as lessons. XD
How do you send the Go Kart over to another place that far?

Mum and dad are getting two weeks off work and driving up. I can only get a couple of days off, so I'm flying up for 2 days and coming back.

Yeah those feelings are natural but try to turn those feelings to pushing yourself forward and knock em dead (not literally) at your next meet.

Well, those feeling can stay for a bit. I just discovered that it may have wrecked my chassis so I may need to move everything onto the spare one.

On the bright side of today, I did discover that my engine is a lot better than I thought.

Yeah, they're technologically inept, so I need to do it for them.

I think they're doing a 3 day long trip.

I guess it's still good. It would have been better if I'd managed to finish, I was fast enough and everything was running well enough, I'd have finished 3rd if I didn't get crashed out.
