I think a lot of it is that it's a new system >_> but it's still not hard to figure out. You should know what your zipcode is and the screen says "and press enter"

Also, the people who say they don't see it anywhere else are going to be surprised. I know Speedway is starting to do it and I'm sure other places will be too.
