I'm pretty sure that you can see a difference between the two art pieces. XD

Yeah, I started drawing a year and a half ago, and I was already an otaku then. XD So it rubbed off. But I got a dA and have been inspired by the semi realists, plus I'm finding my own style.

Still have to find my style :ninja:
I started drawing back in the summer of my 8th grade and after that I stopped once high school hit.
I really want to go back and see what I can do and improve because I wasn't the strongest like I wanted to be :sweat:

I had a pretty big head when I started drawing, so improvement was slow. I'm in seventh grade now, so I hope to improve a lot more in eighth grade. Also, in a week or two, I'm going to an art camp which will hopefully help me with various technical issues I have (I'm self-taught, so I lack lots of technique and anatomy knowledge) and improve them.

Mhm I too was self taught and I never thought about anything but getting the drawings done.
Improving never registered in my head. So I'm sure you'll be able to improve since you want to :mrgreen:

This is how I drew end of 8th grade, I can't ever go back to that again :XD

I wish I could've gotten some help when I needed it :lol:

I've been getting some awesome crits and pointers from Meishali (on dA) and TispyTeacup (on dA) But I know them both on a different site, so the crits are there. <3 They're both really awesome, and their critiques help me a lot.
