I don't have a kinect, but having used my friends one, I can safely say this. It's very much a party gimmick. There's not much use for it on your own, but at a party, Playing some of the games is great. Particularly when people don't care if they make fools of themselves.

Hahahaha I concur! Whenever I'm out of the US I get super confused when people praise 30 degree weather.
