and, any medications and health products you all may need, too.
i know during hurrican season i was always 'packed' and used things outt of my rolling suitcase.
i still get all panicie when their are warnings/watches going on,
i just ignore potential emergencies anymore.

i watched the news and saw so many people losing their houses,
it made me cry.

yeah. I made sure to pack food and medications. Yeah several homes have been lost which is a terrible thing. THough for the apartment I live in, I don't really like so I don't mind if this apartment burns down but I will be upset I lost a lot of my stuff when and if the fire comes.
My state is now trending on twitter, aol, and yahoo now. So far 32.5k people have been evacuated. Businesses have been closed, and burned down. This just kinda reminds me what my sister told me about a book where their whole district burned down. If the fire keeps raging, I don't doubt the whole place will burn down sad to say. But hopefully it wont come to that.

We did also just hire another lady who is supposed to be a keyholder
But I haven't actually met her yet, just saw her in passing today

Two days, and then a break!! Tomorrow is probably going to be rough
I can't wait to have Saturday off, I'm mega looking forward to it :mrmayor:

wehn i lost my house in the hurricane i also lost my dog, Regis.
Brittie was inside the house and a friend found her for me.
ReRE was a long-haired~~can't think of the name of the breed!,
brittie was a tinie lashoapso.
she wouldn't come to me when we were evacuating!
i bawled for days and was so relieved when darrie called to tell me he had found her all safe and sound.
he was my hero, to say the least.
he cried when he told me the huge tree next to the house had SMASHED it in two.
i was more worried about ReRe.

oh wow that is so scary. I am quite glad I don't have pets also. Though if I did, before the fire came, I would gather all my pets in one room since the news channel said you should do that. Then when It is time to go I would take them and put them in the car. I would even carry them if I had to. Even if they were big dogs. XD
