Only thing I want to change about my diet is to cut out soda completely.

i'm still calorie counting. =3 i think i'm not drinking enough water or eating too much sodium... and thanks :hug:

Well, when I got on the scale and realized I gained 20 pounds in the last three years, I literally stopped drinking soda that day.
I've only had one glass in the last month and that's cause it was either drink the soda or be thirsty. xD

To stop drinking it it really helps to have motivation for it.

I drink tons of water as is because I work outside, its just when I'm not at work that usually instead of milk or water, I'll just grab a soda.

then don't buy pop? lol. all hubby drinks is pop so yeah. luckily he usually gets pepsi and i don't like pepsi. it's when he get dr. pepper i have a hard time not drinking it. so i've had been drinking pop lately. :P

Haha, I have my house stocked up with soda. It's not about buying soda xD

i still it find it funny how it depends on what part of the country you live in people call pop different names. if that makes any sense.. like magi is calling it soda and i'm calling pop. :P

I don't like the word Pop. My boyfriend calls it pop and it annoys me. Dx

Everyone around here calls it soda. xD

lol sorry rozzy... but that's kinda strange cuz we are kinda in the same part of the country... wow i'm really outnumbered. :(

I call it soda. Lol. Sometimes it slips and I just call it coke though. >_<

I'm from Virginia, and my sisters and I call it soda. When we moved up here
to Michigan, we didn't know what pop was until someone explained it to us

Aya drinks too much of it (> w>) I would soda free for several years, but now
I'm addicted again. I would love to completely stop drinking it :'3

I don't drink it often, but I enjoy iced tea as a soda alternative. I drink lots of juice now-a-days. Especially that snazzy v8 veggie/fruit juice stuff. <3<3

Cut soda out almost completely (I get one soda a month, if that) and it feels good. XD

But I grew up in NY. Most places in NC, I believe they call it pop or cola.
But not so much in the city I live in...But the city I live in is very college heavy, so there are people from all over the country there.

I tried giving my right hand the french-tip finger nails with the Lavender. >_<
I failed miserably. Haha.
