I just feel nauseated, and light headed. x.x So I am eating pretzels to help my nausea. And I am eating mints.

have you had enough water? what about vitamin B12? and vitamin C. i was low in Vitamin B12 and was dizzy... my doctor said it could have something to do with it. and i have been having the b12 pills and i feel much better.

Mine is my period mostly. And I am hungry so the mints seem to be helping actually..and its thundering again! I wanna watch my supernatural but the weather has other plans.
