Well some good news, my eyes haven't gotten much worse.

Then for the bad news. The doctor wants me to come back in 6 months & then talk about cataract surgery. Apparently the cataract is dead center & it is making driving at night difficult & I have been having to drive a lot at night lately.
More bad news...Miscreant car died yesterday & had to be towed & needs a new fuel pump, mechanic can't get to it until after Christmas. And it looks like the transmission has finally went in my other car. It has been sitting at the mechanics since about Thanksgiving.
