When I first saw it in this game, I thought it might not require a perfect town to spawn anymore. I wasn't trying for perfect town so I didn't believe it XD

I've not played any of the animal crossing games so far, but I've seen lots of pictures from New Leaf on Tumblr so it's peaked my interest ha.

You could get a 2DS if you're not bothered about the 3D.
